Located in Ilgaz, Girne, between two valleys overlooking vineyards and the sea, this detached villa is designed with a calm and grounded architectural language. Horizontal volumes frame the landscape rather than dominating it, while natural stone surfaces and shaded outdoor areas respond to the local climate.

In the Ilgaz T House project, FEINE Architecture embraced a holistic design methodology where architectural proportion, natural daylight flow, and tactile sensory experiences converge.
