How we work

How Do We Realize Our Projects?

FEINE shares a desire to encourage a new way of experiencing spaces beyond conventional design. We embrace an architectural perspective that evokes emotion, stimulates intellect, and reflects refined living.

01
Concept Design
The initial stage begins with understanding our clients' requirements and vision. Based on our architectural expertise, a unique concept project is developed and refined into the final design.
02
Technical Blueprinting
Following the design phase, comprehensive architectural and interior construction drawings and fabrication specs are prepared.
03
On-Site Execution
During construction execution, site coordination, contractor management, procurement, and quality assurance are impeccably conducted.
